I would actually give this book 3 1/2 stars. I liked the characters. Both main characters are strong. I like the tie to the rest of town. There is a good storyline.

We learn that Conner is more then a cook and his mate can hold her own in any situation We also learn that Gabriel is truly a loving father to his coven.
My question is who is the person in the prologue and epilogue that keep sending this problems to Arkadia. My theory it the vampire that Gabriel barred thousand years ago. Can not wait to see who!!
This book is a great addition to the series. Just love Conner and Madison to pieces. This town is amazing. Can't wait to read the next book!!
I just happened to pick up one of Alanea Alder's books and instantly loved her work. It's well written and contains many laugh-out-loud scenes. I have read all of the Fated series to date and am hoping for more. I love the characters. I have the same complaint as I do most books of this genre and that's poor proof reading. The spelling and grammar mistakes can be a little distracting, but doesn't change my opinion of the Author or her stories. Well done.
Now on to the next. I'm glad I started these late this way o don't have to wait for the next one heee hee
The series started with a great storyline. Then all of sudden I'm reading books about man love. I have no problem with one book with a homosexual storyline but it became the entire bookseries. As an author if u want to write man love books start the series with one so your readers don't get sucked in to a series they
had no idea was going to have graphic homosexual sex throughout 4 of the 6 books do far.
Fated Surrender, Kindred of Arkadia book 6, loved it. I thought the Out break in the last book was exciting, Conner the Sentinel totally one upped it! Conner is such a badass! Conner and Madison are an awesome team. Madison and Becca, along with Kate and the rest of the Alpha Mother inner circle need to take over the world. I would be a much better place.
I totally hated Connor's mate, but that's just me. There were some things in this book that were a little disjointed from the rest of the series, and be warned, the main villain was very dark. The writer did an awesome job making the villain dangerous, and in desperate need of being killed, hopefully slowly.
